Rebecca Maurer

 
 

Rebecca Maurer is running to represent Ward 12 on the Cleveland City Council.

Maurer is an attorney, specializing in student loan and housing law, and has also served as the Ward 12 Democratic leader since 2018. She would be the only openly LGBTQ woman on the Council.

Her campaign is focused on public safety, health, and housing. She has also been endorsed by the Victory Fund, United Here Local 24, and A Better Cleveland for All.
