Bonnie Cullison

 

 

Bonnie Cullison is a Democrat running for re-election to the Maryland House of Delegates.

Cullison was elected to the House of Delegates for the first time in 2010 and was re-elected in 2014 and 2018. She has been a leader on progressive issues in the State House and serves as the Deputy Speaker Pro Tem and on the Health and Government Operations Committee. She previously served as the Democratic Whip. She is a retired special education teacher with Montgomery County Public Schools and served as the President of the Montgomery County Education Association from 2003-2009.

Her priorities are affordable and accessible health care, making sure the public education system serves all children equitably, and providing social justice and equitable economic opportunities for “ALL.” She has been endorsed by the Maryland State Education Association, Sierra Club, NARAL, and SEIU, among others.
