Cecilia Lunaparra is a Democrat running for Berkeley City Council in California.
Cecilia Lunaparra is a community organizer, UC Berkeley undergraduate student, and Chair of the City of Berkeley Environment and Climate Commission. She is studying to become a high school history teacher.
If elected, Cecilia will be the first Latina, first openly queer woman of color, and first undergraduate student ever elected to the Berkeley City Council and the first woman to hold this seat in 25 years.
