Sam Wilson

An Iowa native, and a Cedar Rapids resident since 2015, Sam is a mum to both human children and adopted animals. After earning a Bachelor's in Animal Ecology and a Master's in Philanthropy and Non-Profit Development, Sam has a unique set of skills to offer the governance and policy oversight for the City of Cedar Rapids.
