Risë Hayes is a Democrat running for Virginia House of Delegates (District 52).

Risë Hayes is running for Delegate to bring a fresh perspective to the legislature. Growing up in extreme poverty, including experiencing homelessness, shaped her commitment to building a Virginia where no child has to endure such hardships. Through hard work and determination, she was able to better her circumstances and receive her Bachelors of Science in Natural Science and Government.
