Nenna Joiner

Nenna Joiner is running for a seat on the Oakland City Council in California.

Joiner has lived in Oakland for 27 years and has not previously run for elected office. Joiner previously served as an alternate on the Alameda County Democratic Central Committee, as a DNC Delegate for Hillary Clinton, and on several local boards in Oakland.
