Michele Rayner

 
 

Michele Rayner is a Democrat running for election to the Florida House of Representatives in the 70th district.

Rayner is an attorney and community activist. She is the founder and principal at Civil Liberty Law in St. Petersburg, and lead local council for the NAACP Defense Fund. She is a former public defender and legislative aide.

Rayner’s priorities are housing equity, criminal justice reform, and education equity – specifically increasing teacher pay and holding charter school operators to account.
