Micaela Perez

Michaela Perez is running in a special election for a seat on the Oxnard City Council in California.

Perez is a longtime community advocate and activist and holds an MA in Public Health. She would be the first openly LGBTQ woman to serve on the city council in Oxnard, the largest city in Ventura County.

Perez is focused on economic development, housing affordability, and equitable restoration of city services. She has been endorsed by several Federal, state, and local elected officials and numerous organizations, including the Ventura County Democratic Party.
