Julie Vandenboom is a Democrat running for Lansing City Council, MI (At-Large).

Julie Vandenboom has lived in Lansing since 2000 and has over 15 years of experience in state government, focusing on policy analysis. She represents Lansing on the Capital Area District Libraries board and is a member of A Place For Us, a nonprofit that provides housing services for unhoused LGBTQ individuals. Vandenboom previously ran for the city’s Charter Commission, coming up short by only 18 votes.
