Heather Quaas-Annsa is a Democrat running for the Springfield Public Schools Board, OR (Position 2).

Heather Quaas-Annsa is a dedicated advocate, parent, and community leader. A mother of three students attending three different Springfield schools, Heather brings a deeply personal understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the district. Appointed to the board in 2024, Heather serves as the Director at Community Supported Shelters, a local nonprofit providing critical services to unhoused individuals. She also serves on the Lane County Poverty and Homelessness Board and the Equity Program Advisory Committee, bringing a strong voice for underserved communities.
