Alicia Kozlowski

Alicia Kozlowski is the DFL nominee running for the Minnesota State House of Representatives in District 8B.

Kozlowski received the DFL endorsement at the party convention with more than 72% of the delegate vote. They had not previously run for elected office. They are an executive member of the Duluth Mayoral Administration, serving as the city’s Community Relations Officer. Alicia would be the first nonbinary person elected to the Minnesota State Legislature.

Alicia’s priorities are expanding access to affordable housing, climate justice, and building an inclusive economy. In addition to the party endorsement, Alicia has been endorsed by Women Winning, Outfront Action Minnesota, and NOW, among others.
